Things in this package that are easy to miss - and expensive

  • Building 1A’s roof is not replaced. It is under warranty, stays, and you protect it for the whole job and own any damage to it. Addendum No. 2 says so three separate times, but the A-500 details still show removal and replacement.
  • The Building 1C expansion joints are linear feet, not square feet. The T-100.00 table reads “approx. 4,200 SF.” Addendum No. 2 rules it is LF, throughout the entire lantern.
  • The gutters are never quantified in any scope table. The tables carry only “prepare masonry surface to receive new gutters.” The 6-inch K-style aluminium gutter with leaf-relief guard lives on detail sheet A-503 - roughly 560 LF across two buildings.
  • The wage schedule in the book expired 30 June 2026 - 28 days before bid. With no escalation clause and no damages for delay, every published rate is a floor and the step is yours.
